Hello guys and girls how are you? I hope you all   are fine and enjoy the life so today I share the 4 tips on obesity first of fall whatever tips today I m going to tell you they all tips are eash to apply in any kind of life the one who is very busy can also apply the tips and this also not a home remedy so today I will give you all tips on most precious thing water. 1. first up in the morning without brushing teeth drink two glasses of lukewarm water by doing so, your intestine will clear. and remove all the garbage.2. water always sit and drink and yes water is always drink like a dog means sip sip because you may know that the saliva which is in your mouth goes to your stomach and makes acid calm down this leads to obesity.3. never drink more than one sip of water while eating food drink only after one and half hours after the meal is over. 4. water can always be lukewarm or even pitcher water also can drink but fridge water is poison
