Tips to minimise obesity !!

Hi guys. first of all let me tell you that I am also a person of obesity  .but I am minimising it as much as I can. this is why j wanna share some tips regarding it.


So what obesity is?


It is not something’fat’ .as we used to imagine in our mind basically! It occurs due many reasons like over eating, eating unhealthy foods such as fast food which is readily available in any restaurant or road side.as it contains  high amount of carbohydrates which are very hard to break into small glucose molecule.it used to rest in our body and makes is obessive! Another reason of obesity is due to gentic problem.whatver so we can;prevent it by our own.


1.by doing lots of cardio exercise like running, swimmimg, boxing .


2.joing a gym and following proper shedule which I m following very stickly to remove it.here I include some exercise like chest press, belly exercise, leg exercise etc .it gives me a lot of strength and also I m losing my obesity day by day.


3.most imporatantly is the diet.without proper diet, it is very true that we can lose obesity.so I maintain a proper diet.for this u can ask ur gym teacher or also u can approach a nutrionist or a doctor.


4.by drinking lot water per day we can lose our obesity as well.which is very much important and we should never ignore it.try to drink atleast 5 litre per day. I hope my tips will help you to minimise obesity and beforer following the steps, I prefer all of u to have a proper knowledge about obesity, exactly what an obesity is .and then following the steps.
