As I was just goin thru the blog’s here. all have written basically bout bigger companies like PCI or godrej. & people arent really happy. But I totally agree wit shaana. My office too is a client of express pesticides. They really are a company not much famous, but do their job really well. My office is in contract wit them since d last 3 years & I must say my bosses have no complaints absolutely. All our complaints are attended within a days time. & the best part is they are extreamly customer friendly company. thats what I like about them the most. Coz they really accomondate the customer.
My company has a contract wit them for anti-mosquito, cockroaches & rats. What impressed me is their approach to the whole problem rite from day 1. The job being done without any disruption in work. Esp wit the rats, not only did they eliminate the rats, but they sealed their enterances, so that they wudnt come again. So they are a company who treats wit no recurring prob. Before Express moved in, this job was done by PCI. But my bosses were never happy wit them, rite from the effectiveness of the treatment to even being accomondative to the customer.
So I feel thats sometimes, smaller companies give better service. So what if they arent a brand. They are very good at the job.
