I went for godrej pest control service for treatment of my house of termite which has started infecting my furniture. I called up godrej guys for inspection and they told me that termite can be very well stopped and will not multiply so there will be no harm to my furniture.
They told that they will be using syringe and will inject the furniture for treatment. But to my wonder Godrej guys came with screw and hammer and they broke the whole furniture which was infected a bit from termite. When I asked the technicians for the proper treatment as per their marketing guys then they said that they dont have so much time that they will inject the furniture with syringe.
They said that they have their limited targets and they have to go somewhere else also so cannot spend much time in our house. I found that the material what they were using was not adequate and no termite was getting killed effectively.
Another day to my complaint they send officials who at the spot felt the mistake of their technicians and they promised to turn up but when I called them they did not turned up and wiped out their faces for any reply. I kept on sending them mails and reminders but they did not care for same after I kept following they started threatening to stop writing these mails. I have never seen such a irresponsible company and the attitude of their officials who claims to be a good company.
Actually Noida centre is the worst centre where these people cares for only generating business and they donot care for whatever the damage or after effects exists after their treatment. I strongly recommend guys that you can trust any local company for pest control service but should not call Godrej hicare for pest control treatment.
