I agree that the Godrej Hicare person was not fluent with English, but then I had not called Hicare for English tuitions.
I was just too hassled with Cockroaches and was spraying HIT / Baygon etc. every 20 days and still getting loads of cockroaches within the next fortnight.
This guy put some gel in some corners, and some spray in some furniture corners (no spray in kitchen only the gel).
As they had indicated, over the next few days I was busy cleaning dead cockroaches and did not have to spray any Baygon etc for the next 4 months and did not see a live cockroach for that duration.
I was told that the treatment would be good for 6 months and I would believe that the treatment would have lasted thru the promised duration, but I’m not sure since I moved out of the premises.
All in all, I was satisfied with the service which cost me Rs 800/=.
