I took rentokil service 2 weeks back for cockroach control. Two weeks it went well, later on when i opened my kitchen cabinets i saw lot of cockroaches and immediately i called rentokil.
No response. Second day when i called somebody called komala picked the call and said she will transfer to the sales department, one person called pandey picked up and promised me he will send somebody tomorrow for re service, none of them turned later and i gave a complaint to head office they said they will charge me 1500 rupees again for re service, i accepted. Two days later they came and asked for 1800 which i felt it is ridiculous.
So my sincere advise to Bangalore public is don’t believe rentokil because i name it as cheat o kil.
