I took service for Bed bugs from NAVIGATOR to my residence. Really they did an excellent job, treatment for very effective and also they gave 100% guarantee on the treatment they carried. I was very much happy on their customer response and they were very professional. They explained scientifically on the bedbug’s nature and reproduction. They assured 100% guarantee on the service.
Like other Pest control they dint told me to take compulsorily 2 services in fortnight. They told based on the infestation level and population eggs they will suggested weather to go for 2nd treatment or not. Really they did a excellent job, they sprayed only for cot, beds and sofa sets. Told us to open and keep all the ward robe doors open slightly they fumigated whole home by sealing all the air gaps, informed us to leave home for a whole night. The service guy was very prompt and he worked hard by tilting beds. I really appreciate their work.
I was facing these Bed Bugs problem in my residence from past one year, Earlier I took service from other Pest Controls, when I cal they use to tel we need to take 2 services in a fortnight and its compulsory and no guarantee for the treatment.
Even then we took treatment, they took payment fully in advance inclusive of two services, but their treatment was not at all effective, I observed the bugs on beds within 3 days itself, I made a complaint on the same they replied me to wait for 15 days as they will conduct 2nd again and but then I dint got any satisfactory reduction in their activity, again I tried with ANZ Pest control again the same thing happened with them also no body were willing to give guarantee on their services.
Ultimately I got service from NAVIGATOR based on my friends reference, in one single service itself I got rid of bedbugs. From past 8 months I have not seen one single bug and sleeping very comfortably. We can trust quality of NAVIGATOR Services, they are very good and prompt.
They will also give confirmations of service schedules through SMS and handling of customer is very good.
