I thought this may be useful for people like me who go all out and try new phones. Early adopters thats what we are known as . But I realized in products like mobile phones we should stick to the good old nokia, sony , samsung and motorolas..I bought this new phone brand Intex and was very happy that it was a feature rich phone , a real value for money I thought.
In a weeks time it started hanging and then one day just went blank.
I took it to the dealer I had bought it from after lot of efforts from that gentleman we were able to locate the company service center . I went there to okhla , surprizing company had only one service center . I had to go from pitampura to okhla 36 kms one side.When I reached there I found there was no body in the service center because the engineer after being advised by the management had gone to distribute pricelists and POP material in the market.
Imagine service guy doing errands job.
I went to their asm delhi, requested him to help . He told me to come on monday as then only sevice engineer would be there. After a heated argument with him I was ghearoed by some 5-7 people and told that I should have thought before buying a cheap phone.
i was disappointed reuested them for mail id or contact no for the engineer , nothing doing .
I came back and sold the phone to a dealer for half the price I had bought it for.
i got lesson for rest of my life , no hanky panky no cheap chinese technology.
