As I am a user of TATA INDICOM their services I purchase one broad band connection from them with a remote modem they did not tell me while selling that this will not work in my area since beginning I face lot of problem sometimes it works but mostly it remain out of service.
I lodge my complaints so many time but no one came to solve my problem but keep sending bill regularly. I went to their office and wish to surrender the number they cleared my account I pay whole amount of the but they refuse to give me any written assurance that in future.
I will never get the fills. but I was shocked to see that they send me bill again when I complaint they told me that you did not surrender your phone you just clear your account first and than only they will take action. This really leave me in surprise how a company which have so many users can do with one of his customer.
