Hackers often try different combinations of hack through your account.
You should not keep your account’s password very simpler to guess.
Make sure you include different types of characters like an upper case character, lowercase character, special characters in your password to make your password unique.
Make sure the password length is minimum 10 characters in length, longer the password less are the chances to get hacked.
Always use 2-factor authentication if the website provides such facility. 2-factor authentication is nothing but along with your password you will be required to enter an OTP password which is send on your mobile phone.
Please take the security questions and recovery email seriously.
In the case an account is hacked you can try accessing the account by selecting forgot password option and recovering the account by entering correct answers to security questions or entering correct activation code sent to your recovery email id.
