Hello friends, today I will share some tips and my experience which will help you in developing good reading habit. As we all know that reading is a science of decoding any information therefore, it is the most powerful thing possessed by the mankind. Reading is a habit which helps to gain more knowledge about any subject and it also keeps us mentally fit. Developing a reading habit is not a very difficult task. It just requires some confidence and will to pursue something. Here are some easy tips which will help you to develop a good reading habit-
1) Choose a quiet place where you can start your reading habit. This place can be your room, park or any other comfortable place. Make sure the surroundings are peaceful and comfortable. The place that you choose for reading should be free from any distractions like television or computers.
2) After finding a perfect place, decide what type of book would you like to read. Keep a list of all the great books you want to read and start reading them one by one. Reading the book of your interest will help to easily develop the habit of reading. After some time you can also read complicated books easily.
3) Deciding a time slot is one of the most important part in developing your habit. You should read at least 10-15 minutes everyday. You can choose any time of day but make sure that you read everyday at the same time. Fixing a time slot greatly influence in developing a good habit.
If you follow these tips for around 3 to 4 weeks then you will realize that reading is highly enjoyable. Remember that a good book can teach us a lot of things which are beyond our daily scope. So reading habit is very important if you want to learn various new things which are beyond your scope.
