If you have any email account and you should forget your email password then do this process.
Open the email login page, after open the login page, you have get the forget password option near login id and password .
After clicking the forget password option, the you have to put the email addresses of that.
After putting the email addresses then you have got the forget reset password in you email account.
Open the email account, then refresh the email account and go the forget password link, then open the link of reset password link, after open you have enter the reset password and process it.
After that one window appear that create a new password and confirm the password option. Then simply put the new password and confirm it. Then message arrived on window that successfully changed the email password.
Then go to again login page fill the email and password and sign in.
