I recommend starting by exfoliating your lips to get rid of any dry skin. Use the lip scrub like the TONY MOLY KISS KISS. If you are in pinch and dont have one on you, you can always just use toothbrush to brush your lips. exfoliating will make you sure that the lipstick does not settle into any dry patches. Next, moisturise with a very high balm like lakme lip balm. don’t use the products that is too heavy or the liquid lipstick does not stick to your lips. I recommend creme de rose smoothing plumping lip balm. Blot if necessary
