Sugar,watch it..

Hi friends, high sugar intake is the main reason for weight gain, obesity and type 2 diabetes and heart disease, if you want to be healthy then you have to cutoff sugar added foods.like soft drinks, baked food, processed food an obese person should not consume these items.you know that sugar junks stimulate the same areas of brain where as drugs of abuse.for this reason sugar can cause people to loose control over their consumption of sugary food.
