NO RESPONSE

I  have  purchased a milton product and I am totally disappointed with the quality of the lunch pack.


I have posted atlest 3 e mails informing about this, but I have not received any response till now.


I have paid around 500 rupees for the product and I am not at all satisfied with its quality,  and I wonder how I would get a replacement for the product.


According to me, the after sales service of milton, India is **very poor.


technology facilitates easy replacement of defective products, and also easy update of information.


The internet is used to display the products of the company so that they can be viewed by the consumer from their home and decide what to buy, but the same facility should be utilized for rectifying defects.


I feel I should have opted for a cello hotpack, which would have been of good quality.


This piece which I have purchased does not retain heat at all.  Moreover the stainless steel quality is very very poor.


The stainless steel blackens day by day.


All the above seems to be nothing but quality problem of the product.  I would surely like a total replacement of the product.  I wonder whether the product is original or a duplicate one.
