I had given My New Panasonic P51 Mobile for service( Touch Panel Broken) to Deprosys Technologies, Chennai on 26.05.2014

I Had been repeatedly following with Deprosys Technologies for a month( after their commitment to deliver with 15 days) When I did not get any response from Deprosys( as on 25.06.14) I had contacted Panasonic Customer care. After a Months wait( Till 26.06.14 afternoon), the Panasonic Customer care does not have any Information on the status of the Mobile phone, not even the location of my phone yet. This is a callous way to approach a customer complaint, that to after repeated follow up with service centre. Earlier I had Software issue with the phone within a months time, inspite of deleting lot of default applications.If anyone Planning to buy Panasonic Mobile, Kindly think twice or go for brands which have good service backup.
Panasonic Tie up for Mobile Service is pathetic in India.
