Hypotension or low blood pressure

Some people irrespective of age can be affected by Low BP.If it occurs in young it most time doesn’t need any treatment.If a person always have Low BP there is no need for treatment as well.


Normal symptoms for Low blood pressure are


-dizziness


-confusion


-fainting


-sudden noticeable increase in heartbeat


-terrible headache


-body feel weakened


-blurred vision


whenever this happens stop what you are doing and lay down keep your feet above your head.This normally corrects BP.Besides that drinking anything with lot  of salt in it helps.Also try buying ORS from medical shop.


There are different types of Hypotension, some common of them are


-when changing the position of body


-after eating food(normally in old age)


-Low BP after standing for long periods


People with low BP are suggested to drink and eat foods with high sodium and potassium.Also reduce or stop alcohol consumption.and Learning to understand symptoms before fainting.


Sometimes shock leads to Hypotension, It is life threatening and is advised to admit to a hospital right away so call 911.
