I purchased a Nobel calling card described to me by the salesperson as "the best" for my needs (calling the US from Mexico) and advertised as costing 1.5 cents per minute for their VOIP service on my cellphone and 3.7 cents from a land-line or cell phone.
Now that Ive spend $95 for a calling card that allowed me to make a grand total of 7 hour-long phone calls, I know that was a misrepresentation. Nobel customer service says, "Oh no, landline calls from Mexico to the US are billed at 18 cents a minute." Funny that information is so different than the information I got before I spent the $95. Disgusted, I then purchased a Confi phone card for $20 that allows me to make hour long phone calls for $2 each instead of $13.50 each!
Confis advertising and their performance match exactly. Stay away from Nobel and go for a Confi card!
