I have used several calling cards like relainceindiacall, stanacard, airtelcallhome, pingo, rebtel. I have decided to write a review about stanacard since it is best and one of the cheapest calling card available in USA. There are many cheap cards with hidden fees available so it is like buyer beware.
I was recommended the stanacard calling service by one of my friend.
Strengths:-
1) Call rates are 1.89 cent per minute
2) No taxes (as charged by reliance india call and airtelcallhome charges you state tax based on your credit card billing address)
3) Good voice quality
4) No currency conversion charges (Rebtel bills you in Euro’s)
5) No need to enter a pin when calling from registered number.
6) No monthly account fees, no connection or disconnection fees.
7) 1 minute billing.
You get a $10 bonus on first recharge of $10 when you enter the referral coupon code (182761) during registration. This would reduce your call charges by half. Rebtel has advantage over stanacard due to the 6 second billing. I have never called stanacard customer care in last 1 and 1/2 years so cannot comment on the customer care service.
