I have purchased the connection and due to false promises I had to cancel the same within a week. it is almost 2nd months now, but still I am not getting back my money though I call many times to MPINGI. Every time I call, they promised me that they will refund my money in a 2-3business days, like that many cycles(almost 5-6 times) have been passed. Now, I am planning to SUE MPINGI for their worst and un performed, false statements/promises.
Even when I tried to call them from India to enquire about my refund, I use to get the same reply as I was getting from US. this is really a typical lazy, worst and unproven company. let’s don’t go for this service and protect the people who are trying to going into the w/hell of MPINGI, spread this message if possible around the world and let them know about their world class poor services
POOR MPINGI don’t know how to stand on their promises and their services.
