My father has a commercial licence but now he has forgot to drive, due to some reason he was not able to drive then after that mishappening he lest driving.yesterday.
I went to tratsportation department which is under government for renew of my fathers licence there what i saw no one is responsing to a person if he is asking, they r only saying ask outside they will tell u.
