Its was my birthday when I want to tiranga hotel which is on satara road pune. I went with my friends to give birthday birthday party treat. when we sit in the hotel there was no one was ready to ask about the order we sit half hrs or more then that when I shouted to the waiter then he came to take order . he bring the 1st order but when I order some more desh the time the waiter told that it is our closing time . any how to manage to eat . when there was time to do the payment I ask to swiping machine to swipe my card he he talk me that machine is not working. its was the horrible experiences on my birthday. Service is to bad
