Today I went to TMC A.S.Rao nagar branch to purchase TV...I am very upset with customer care that to with Manager(Ramana). This bugger Ramana being a manager of A.S.rao nagar TMC branch, don’t know how to interact with customers and least bothered to talk to customer sitting in front of him for 15 mins.....
I went to talk to him today around 11 am and I waited calmly for 5 mins then he said "HAI" in weird manner and started talking to his staff for another 5 mins then I told him that I have come to purchase fridge, to my surprise he didn’t even care although I am in front of him..(To be honest I FELT LIKE SLAPPING him).
Again he started talking over phone for another 10 mins, it’s almost 20 mins I have been waiting patiently....After some time I informed that bugger (Ramana) I am leaving and I felt shocked to see no response from him again. I decided not to visit TMC again in future. Guys It was very horrible experience for me and I felt like insulted by visiting TMC.
Guys I don’t want you to get insulted by visiting TMC. I have written this in Pain I have suffered.
