I arrived with my family at Bangalore airport they were supposed to be there to pick us For our comfort but they didn’t arrive neither they send a taxi .
The location of their place is also in a very bad area there was no proper arrangement for outing on time everything was done in front of our eyes so it looks absurd from the eyes of a customer , who is supposed to enjoy that after booking a travel agency .
I didn’t like their work they need to improve otherwise they are not going to get any customer in future their performance was not up to the mark that Services was very poor
