It was too bad experience which ever I have been through, I booked a bus for Tirupati Bala ji trip form Redbus.in MULTI EXCEL VOLVO AC BUS, bus provider was Rajesh Travels. the bus pick time was 9:15 from Madiwala. We called to Red BUS customer care, they told we dont take care of service, we book the ticket only. We waited for 1:40 Minuts. then a small bus came to pick for Indiranagar. they drop at Indiranagar.
We waited there for 2.30 Hrs. Then a small bus came, they told that we drop you at Kolar and Multi Excel bus will come and pick up you. We started we went 100 KM no bus came then we spoken with driver take the U turn and come back to Bangalore. Drivers & attandent were talking rudely. Any how we got a bus too late. and we started.
When we reach to Tirupati they told that there will be AC room, believe me guys nothing was there. Breakfast was too bad...again you how can you expect the good lunch...it was also bad. Only one thing was good that I got the Balaji Darshan. So I will suggest you never travel with Rajesh Travels Bangalore.
