We have planned for the Trip to Tirupati and booked a Travera. The following are the WORST EXPERIENCE:
First turn off, Booked a Travera(excess Baggage to carry) and Service provider sent a Toyata Innova.
Driver is 0% Customer Friendly. For example: We were very hungry and the driver is not stopping the cab for almost 10 km and even for water bottle, we are pleading to stop the vehicle. believe, he must be having a tie up with one of the hotels there.
The Car is in worst condition, Since, in Chennai heat. we need A/C to travel anywhere(most of the time a/c switched off and kept window open especially in the evening 7 morning) and NO MAT in the cab, We felt the heat in the heat inside the Vehicle bottom and ultimately made us forcefully keep the leg on Chapals.
Each and Every time, Temples Visit, he forced as to come to the car park area to proceed further.
Management is having worst reputation with respect to complaints/ NO reaction to what customers giving the review about the trip and drivers feedback.
They charged extra 300 for govindaswamy perumal which is 1.5 km from room where I stayed(gave reason is this is not included in the package) .
My Request to whom ever booking the cab service from this providers, Ensure a day before travel to check the vehicle in and out properly before travel date.
MY Suggestion would be " NEVER EVER GO FOR THIS PROVIDER", Since my above suggestion is enough to justify Beacause " I AM DONE WITH NON-SENSE".
