I have visited Tirupati more than 4 times and have also guided many of my friends as to how to proceed to Tirupati. I have certain Points which I would like to share with you all and also the Management of TTD.
I appreciate with arrangements they have in various Guest Houses and Halls where the pilgrims can halt for Darshans. The Accommodation is neat and toilets are excellent. May I add a few points below for immediate action on part of the TTD?
Tirupati is visited by about 35, 000 pilgrims every day. And in that crowd majority of the people are NOT from Andhra Pradesh and they all face the following problems.
- Whenever they visit an Enquiry Counter the queries are not answered properly by the persons over there since most of them are not fluent either in HINDI OR ENGLISH and even in TAMIL which is easily understood by most of the people in South India. Our Great Nation being Multilingual may I request the concerned to atleast post more Efficient and Hindi & English knowing PROs in the Counter who can answer the queries in an effective and efficient manner? People come here with a high hope and spend Lot of Money, Energy and come with lot of Hopes in their Mind.
The Barbers in the Tonsure Section are very rude and takes Bribe from people. TTD people are not taking any action and the language problem is also make the process more complicating. The Temple Security People are very rude and treat the Pilgrims badly.
May I request the TTD Management to kindly take the above and make necessary steps so that the Pilgrims can remember their trip to this holy place throughout their Life?
