I am writing this review from my own experience.
I used this sunflower oil for about 3 months and my experience is not so good with this sunflower oil.
I used another oil earlier and my health was fine but when I bought and starting using this sunflower oil my health was affected very much.
my cholesterol and fats was increased very much after using this oil.
this sunflower oil increases fats and cholesterol of the body.
my doctor also advised me to leave this oil and when I started using another oil, my health became fine again.
even doctors does not recommend this oil to anyone.
the taste of food made with this oil is nalso not good.
PLEASE DON’T BUY THIS OIL
