I have been cheated by picking up a classy Tissot watch with a leather strap. I usually prefer the metal ones but somehow I was convinced by the salesman and now I am trying to figure a way to change this blunder. I managed to visit one of their service station in linking road (above the guess showroom~ 4th floor) and to my surprise, the lady at the counter told me that I will have to shell out another 7 thousand plus just for a metal strap or a bracelet as she calls it. Phew! This came as a shock to me and I left the service station with a sadden heart.
The condition of the strap is so bad, looks like an ordinary watch which is sold at local streets. I wear this watch only on specific occasions, max 4 times a month. The leather is tearing and the black colour comes out as well. I feel ashamed to wear this watch now.
Can some one help me or should I keep the watch and use it like a show-piece ? I paid almost 20k for this watch.
Unhappy customer,
