I bought the frame from Titan Eye store at Bangalore. Recently one of the hinge that connects the temple with frame broke, so it took it to 2 separate Titan eye store for repair. The rude surprise was that they cannot repair it, but asked if I would like to but a new frame. My assumption is that Titan doesn’t have spare parts to repair its product although one would assume the a big chain like TitaN Eye will do it swiftly. Ref tracking no TKT-0002748732, I escalated this issue by email, but yet again they are slow to get back with an update, last call was 6 days back. Lousy after sales cust service from Titan Eye.
