I bought a Titan Raga watch from a Titan store in mumbai which costsme INR 6000/- in the month of August. Since then the wrist chain has been broken 4 to 5 times. It seems there is some problem with lock also. I have given it for repairing in the Titan store as well but the problem is still there. Both the times they assured me that the chain has been replaced. But again the chain has been broken. How can a brand use such cheap material for such expensive watches. Really disappointed with the product quality.
