Worst service I have ever seen.
We went this store(Titan Eye+ banjara hills, hyd) on monday(12th april 10) and selected a suitable frame for my wife, and gave them the order. The said that they will deliver it on wednesday(14th) . On Wednesday when I went there they said they are running short of glasses and will taken another 2 days.
On 16th I finally got glasses but executive(shabnam) told me that they won’t be able to provide me receipt since they didn’t receive it from their main office and I need to visit again after couple of days to get the receipt. What a hell!
On reaching home my wife realized that the frame is much bigger than what we had selected. We went back to store explained them that they had made glasses with much bigger frame. The store manager was not ready to accept his mistake even when the executive accepted that the frame is much bigger and spoiling the look. Finally left the store with great disappointment. For glasses of Rs700 they charge Rs 4200 and provide you such a pathetic service.
These people are spoiling TATA’s name. TATA and their sub-groups are out of my trusted list.
