I purchased glasses from Titan eye+ in Koramangala, Bangalore. It was in Sep 2008. But after 1.5 yrs I am seeing some natural cracks appearing in the glasses. These are not cracks which appear when glass falls. but these are like fine hairline roots kind of cracks appearing.
Now when I went to this shop to complain, their typical response was - sorry we cant do anything as it is more than 6 months old. What rubbish, even a cheap glass brought from carpenter shop wontshow cracks in 6 months time, then how come a high quality eye glass show such a crack.
It clearly shows that titan eye+ is using some cheap quality glasses and selling it as some high-fi product.
Also see that when first time I went to purchase, they were trying to impress me anyhow. And next time I went with this complain the executive sitting here tells, take this aside as some other customer is sitting. seems like only potential buyers are customers for them and someone who has already bought is a gadha or useless item for them.
