Worst ever specs. They charge you a bomb but service and durability is close to zero. I bought a pair of specs some 1 year back. It took them almost 15 days to deliver the specs.
After following up several times I could get my specs. You can still live with it as a one time event. However, after six months a thin sheet attached to the upper part of the frame came off. Went to the Titan shop they replaced it. However, the replacement was of a different colour.They never bothered to check if I was ok with the colour they have chosen for me.
Anyway, did not any option but to accept what they give especially when you are getting a replaced specs after 15 days. Again after six and a half months the same problem occurred with the replaced specs. Went to the shop they said they could not help and since 1 year has passed by there is no chance of replacing or repairing the same. these are a bunch of cheats levering Tata’s brand name.
Never trust their products.
