I am using the spectacles which is brought from Titan Eye Plus store in Bangalore. The cost of my frame is Rs 3499/-
I am fully cheated the color coating of the frame wiped out in 2 months.
I have the warranty for 6 months so I went to store and showed my frame, I am shocked with answer told by the sales man that there is no warranty for the color of the frame.
I asked the store manager for the solution he told that nothing can be done with currently using one and told to me change.
Felt like literally cheated by the Titan Eye Plus, please don’t go by brand guys. Lot of other stores are selling for much cheaper price.
