On June 16, 2020, after an eye test done by their optometrists, I received a pair of progressive spectacles from Titan Eye Plus, Bay Pride Mall, Kochi. (Ref: Sales Order No. TCBP003842, Invoice No. B9U0003515, , Loyalty No. 700151239535).The lens’ (distant, middle and near vision) were ok but I found it difficult to read texts from book or mobile without tilting the glass up or down to focus it. The optometrists said it would take about a week to get used to the new glass. Though I have been using glasses for the past 25 years, I agreed. However my trust was not reciprocated. Since then I have been corresponding with and calling their customer care to resolve the issue but to no avail. Everytime I call, the person who answers would say they would respond the following day but never would.I feel, Titan Eye Plus seriously lacks professionalism when it comes to after sales and customer service and would never recommend it to anyone.
