I had purchased a spectacles from Titan Eye plus in Banashankari and from the day one the spectacle was very uncomfortale to wear.
I had irritation in the eye while I wear the spec’s. I went back to the store and complained but they said it will take a while to adjust for the new spec’s and all that crap. I went back again after 4 months and they said this time, the problem is with the eye and my power is increased and I have some problem with the eye’s lens focusing and I need to put tear drops in the eye as my eye is dry and all that noncense. I had power on both my eye’s and they have given a glass with no power and if I wear the glass, I dont find any difference and also increases irritation in the eye and get a headache. I wonder why the store manager too is not co-operating and they are saying now that its too late as its more that 3 months and they cannot replace or do anything now. What is point in me buying the spectacle in the first place?
These people are cheats. They just have a big store, jazzy looking and when you enter to for an eye checkup, they say that they are opthalmists. I wonder if they ever have been opthalmists ever before.
My personal recomendation, Dont go to these cheats. Its better you go to any opticals that are in this business for a long time no matter if the store is small. Atleast they are experienced. These people are just trying to pull out money by selling cheap glasses and frames and charging 5000.00 for a useless spectacles.
