On 24/6/2016 I’ve made online purchase of Titan Sonata Watch amount to Rs.899/- & I’ve paid the amount instantly by online banking. Titan delivery service is so worst that they didn’t deliver the product on time & when I’ve cancelled the order on 4/7/16 no initiative has been taken to refund the money & one of their customer care executives said that according to their policy they may refund the amount after 9 to 10 working days. My order ID:EC00118238. I’ve attached the documents for further reference. They will never specify any particular date for delivery of product as well as for refund the money.
