I have given a watch for glass replacement. They have also changed the watch battery without asking me. When I saw the bill I came to know they charged 300 rs for this.
I purchased the watch in the same year. How battery can be dead in a year only, why didn’t they call me?
At the time of giving watch I said "I only want glass to be replaced." and I have to pay for the battery? Worst service.
When I asked the Helios store manager at the Indranager he said we can’t do anything. I said I have given the watch to you how can you be not responsible for this.
