Website interface - Website interface is above average but not the best.
I bought a pair of sunglasses. Delivery was done in 5-6 days and it was in a metro city.
No delivery at many pin codes - Titan, uses well known courier companies to deliver products but it is a disappointment that they do not deliver to many big cities as well. I had to call the product at my cousin’s place who stays in a metro city.
Packing - Packaging was good.Customer support - Customer support is helpful.Price - Being a big brand, the prices of products are high but then worth the quality.They do give offers of cashback & run various coupon codes on special days. Only suggestion is that they should apply coupons automatically else customers lose on discounts.
