I bought a gift voucher from official TITAN website https://titan.co.in/product/titan-gift-card on 21 Aug 2021. It is two weeks and the voucher is not delivered. TITAN helpline guys say they cannot trace the order. However, money has been deducted from my account and is lying with TITAN. Can’t believe a company of such repute is committing ONLINE FRAUD.
