Bought Titan OBAKU (Black) Rs 12000, Lasted for 8 months and then it started leaving its black color on my skin and shirt.
I got that replaced with a XYLYS watch from TITAN in a hope that it’s a SWISS made will last more, I had to pay additional money for that but it turned out to be as poor quality as other Titan watches. It lasted mere 4 months and its date and time setting gear broke. Do not get fool around XYLYS as a SWISS make, TITAN has ruined its quality completely!
I requested for a replacement not a repair but the unethical and hopeless customer care forced me to live with the repaired watch. I think TITAN has the intentions to serve the guarantee period somehow and then leave the customer to regret rest of the time.
BIG MISTAKE. Buy a CASIO or a CITIZEN instead!! Will last for YEARS.
