I have buy a titan watch. It is showing me a date 92 which is not possible. As i am talking with customers care they are not giving properly reply i have also talked with head office they have said me that today you will
get definitely answer today. I have called them at 9:30pm that i have not received any call than they are telling me now we will give you answer tomorrow morning.
I have first bought a Fastrack reflex beat 2.0 but that watch also not working so instead of that i have buyed this one so in this also when i wear the strip gets bend. I have visited world of titan kotecha chowk branch they are also not giving me answer.
I have faced a worst experience with titan company limited. i also request to all customers that never buy a watch of titan.
