Like scores of posters here, I too had horrible experience with Titan watch quality and after-sales service.
With great hope and trust in Tata technology, we purchased a watch for the wife.
Brand new ladies Titan watch (TIN 33531960364), purchased on 11 Feb 2012 did not work from day 1. Given for service on 27/4/12, no news yet. I am sick and tired of Titans shoddy quality and service. Seriously,
they risk losing my patronage for ever.
What is the use of fancy Signet loyalty program and "gift voucher" when Titan cannot do even the basics right?
Nasty service folks, blamed us. Talking to others, we found out that our experience is all too common.
At first, we thought that the battery must have run out, but no, that was not the problem. Why they insist
on keeping the display pieces running with the battery installed is totally beyond me.
