I would like to share my bitter experience with Titan.
Recently I thought of gifting a watch to my husband. As I always preferred Titan Watches over other brands even this time I thought of going for the same. On 26/09/2008 I purchased a Titan regelia watch from M/S Raghavendra Watches, DVG Road Bangalore. The cost of the watch was Rs.6500/- and an extra amount of Rs.150/- was taken as warrantee/guarantee fee. I gifted it to my husband. He on using it just for a week noticed that the chain was losing its colour.
This was a shock for us ’coz never we had such bitter experience with Titan. I went to the dealer on 18/10/2008 and explained my problem to him. The answer given to me was horrible. I was told that the strap cannot be replaced now. and I was given a suggestion to use the watch for few more days so that when the strap loses its colour little more or completely, they will get it changed for me if I bring it to them within a year of purchase. This was ridiculous. Even after paying so much money there is no quality and no care for good customer service.
I had even written a mail to titan customer care at anuttara@titan.co.in for which I have not recd any reply till date...This is how the Giant called Titan is treating its trusted customers.
I would never recommend anyone to buy a Titan watch hereafter .coz neither there is quality nor concern for the customers.
You guys reading this review think twice before buying a Titan watch in future..
