Titan is an international brand and it does serve people that way. It’s products are lifelong useable, the design and quality is nice and the service is superb. I had a titan watch purchased back in 2012. It was a leather belt watch and after using it for 3 years, the belt worn out. I went to many service centres in Bangalore and Kolkata, but was unable to find the belt for this particular model.
Then I lodged a request with titan service centre. They assigned a partular person to my request who was dealing with the shops in the area where I reside. He informed me that they have stopped the production of this particular belt and that they can take the watch and give me a refund based on the value of the watch.
Even though I did not have the invoice with me(which is their policy), they refunded me 85% of the present value of this watch in the form of a coupon which I have to redeem at any titan shop. I don’t know if any other company will b able to provide such services.
