I had bought a Titanwrist watch with my first cash prize in my company which worth more than 3.5 grands. The sales guy explained that it is one of the finest model, 30M water resistant he said than I can wear it heavy rain too.. I too was attracted by the design and looks of the piece.so I bought it...
After a month I jus went in a drizzle with gr8 reliance on this TITAN make...But to my surprise next mornig I cant see the numbers or needle in the dial, the whole dial is misty.
I rushed to the dealer.. the same guy now saying that, I should turn the dial downwards when I am going in the rain and added to that he is saying that, in rains, wearing this watch and driving bike will cause water entry.
Now he is saying that I should have bought 50M water resistant for better performance. this is ridiculous enough and the trust on the brand titan shattered. After many walks to the dealer and some heated talks, they now accepted too send it to the factory and check.
Now I am hearing many complaints abt TITAN makes...I am in worry, Coz, a Gr8 Indian Manufaturer is loosing its fame and name in his fellow society..
