YESS SIRRR --- sex sells...

Usually, I’m not the type of guy who gets too much of time to surf channels or watch TV for that matter, except on weekends. Recently, when surfing across some music channel, I stumbled across this advertise.

The Advertise:

Product – Fast Track wrist watches

Scene - A college class room, attendance roll in progress.

Event - A normal looking young guy acknowledges his presence by raising his hand.

The aftereffect - Almost all the girls in the class express their desire (sexual, I should say) when their turns comes to answer their roll call.

The Extra effects - All girls answer their roll call by spicing it with up sexual orgy.

I actually liked this advertise. I’m sure there would be those who would like to oppose this advertise for the kind of sexual desire expressed in a college class room (by claiming that a college class room is analogous to a temple in their tradition et al), but I am impressed with the advertise on the whole.

The message is clear: A fast track watch on a guy’s wrist is a statement enough to attract gals.

& I don’t find anything wrong in accepting the fact that sex sells... In a rapidly transforming society like ours, if a manufacturer uses sex to sell a product which has no relevance to the act of sex (except that some English movie depicted the male character removing it before indulging himself in the act of sex), then be it.

Another good part of advertise is the assortment of normal looking models used so that the majority of the viewers can associate themselves with advertise, thus urging them to buy the product. Further, I would praise the ad-maker for not using the Fast track brand ambassador John Abraham. It always helps to use normal looking people with whom the viewers can relate themselves.
