Christopher Titus is the protagonist of this serial, the main actor, the anchor person or the sutradhaar as we would call it, the producer, and also the funny one.
To sum it all up, he is a self bragging, self loving guy who neither does has the looks or the exceptional talent to make you watch him week after week.
Although the story of the show is quite an interesting one. He and his brother are tortured by their father since they were kids. Tortured does not mean physically abused but certainly emotionally and mentally scared for life.
The actor in the role of the father outdoes his performance as a mean guy who has his own style of showing his kids that he loves them.
Titus’ girl friend, brother and his best friend also do their best to add to the comic element of the show. And they manage to put up a good show. The incidents are neatly woven with one another to form an ensemble of comedy of errors.
But the drawback of the show is Titus. He is just about tolerable as an actor but he hogs the limelight in almost half of the show. Not to mention the other half where he narrates the flashback sequences thus doubling up as an narrator.
Although it is a nice concept .... but comes across as a futile attempt on behalf of Titus to be the hero of the show.
For the same reason can’t really get addicted to the show. Although it is a good watch once in a while.
