I had ordered for myself a Pallazzo pant but instead, I received parallel pants, which is fine but then I had to return the product 2 times before receiving the correct product! not only this, I took a risk and ordered for my mother a kurta set and Pallazzo but again the kurta set received was totally different from what I had ordered and I had to contact the TIJORI customer care team several times for the return for which I had to return the same product 3 times as they sent me wrong product again and again. they stopped replying to me on email and Whatsapp! I had to threaten them and eventually, they did reply and gave me my money back! there was a lot of too and fro for more than 2 months for single product delivery and they were not even ready to return my money! such pathetic is their customer service.
